2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jbajje is a platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is permitted and lawful under the laws of their location or country of residence. Users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited may not use this platform.

  • Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of account registration is mandatory.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Account Security

  • After logging in from a public device or network, make sure to log out of your account.
  • The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
  • Transferring or selling an account is prohibited.

3.3 KYC Verification

jbajje reserves the right to verify a user's identity as required (the "Know Your Customer" or KYC process). This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If verification fails or the user refuses to provide information, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the jbajje platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

  • The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
  • jbajje may require additional verification for debit or credit card transactions.
  • Deposited funds do not earn interest.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if additional verification is required in certain cases, this time may be extended.

  • Withdrawals will be made only to the payment method used for the deposit (where possible).
  • The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • jbajje reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Account verification must be complete for withdrawal approval.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus. That means withdrawal is possible only after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions — please read them before accepting an offer.
  • Attempting to claim a bonus benefit more than once will result in account cancellation.
  • Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonuses are not transferable as cash.
  • jbajje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Promotional offers are for personal use only.

5.3 VIP Program

jbajje's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Based on regular play, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback. jbajje reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the jbajje platform are conducted fairly and impartially. We ensure that our gaming system functions correctly and that users have equal opportunity. jbajje protects your information through SSL encryption as a safe and reliable platform.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other strategic tools.
  • Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
